DOCS! Outside the Box is a primary, urgent, and holistic care medical clinic located in the Tampa Bay area. We are transitioning to a new EMR and are in need of patient data entry.

Job Responsibilities:

· Scribe for Providers and maintain clinical notes

· Operate and manage EHR system

· Maintain hard copies of medical records

· Manage document filing and electronic data entry in EMR

· Perform tasks outside of job duties

· One on one collaboration with Physicians

Education and Experience to perform this job:

· Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)

· Healthcare: 1 year (Required)

· High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
