Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
Provide DP Boost team of consultants with tactical support & project management in order to meet the HR needs of clients seeking fractional HR support
Interact with clients and work closely with other DP departments and third-party resources to implement client initiative solutions
Provide back-end research support around employment law, HR best practices, and other regulations
Here’s what we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree required
2 plus years of broad-based professional experience; HR experience preferred but not required
Project management experience and/or proven ability to stay organized, manage time efficiently, and interact with internal and external constituents in a helpful, professional way
Ability to nimbly pivot between solo computer-based projects and group conversations, from tactical tasks to creative conversations
