Doosan Bobcat is opening a sub-assembly facility near the Twin Cities in Minnesota. This investment allows us to increase capacity and build out the infrastructure required to support our vigorous growth plans. This will be #OneToughTeam.
At our new Minnesota sub-assembly facility, we’re looking for a seasoned HR Generalist to implement human resource strategies and provide a broad range of Human Resources Generalist functions to support the goals and objectives of the Operations at our new facility. This role will provide consultation on content and process to individual managers or client groups in areas including but not limited to: employee relations, policies & procedures, compensation, talent management, performance management, employee development, staffing & recruiting as well as organizational change.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree – Human Resources or related field.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing employee relations practices
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of customer service skills
SAP (HR Software)
PHR preferred
5 to 7 years’ experience
