We are currently growing our North America team and are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our talented team Labor Relations team!

This position will support the human resources and operations departments in driving effective labor relations and consistency throughout the facility. The role is designed to help the Company uphold labor relations, improve engagement, and maintain processes/procedures that facilitate communication. This position will provide consultation on content and process to individual managers or client groups in areas including but not limited to: employee relations, policies and procedures, benefits, compensation, performance management, employee development, and staffing.

The qualified candidate will have:

• Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferred, equivalent experience acceptable.
• Experience Required: 2+ years (Minimum)
• Travel Required: <10%.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and interact with employees while demonstrating tact, sensitivity and professionalism.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment law is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in use of Excel, Word.
• Labor relations experience preferred.
