Duffy Health Center is seeking a reliable and flexible Human Resources Director to join our mission-driven team. The Human Resources Director is responsible for managing human resources functions for Duffy Health Center. Work includes oversight of recruitment and onboarding, selecting benefits programs, leading staff and management training programs, managing the compensation system, performance management, HR compliance, interpreting and applying employment laws, employee relations and providing information and guidance to Directors and CEO regarding employment issues. This position is deemed essential* in the DHC Emergency Operations Plan.

A Bachelor’s degree is required. PHR or SPHR certification preferred. Six or more years’ experience in Human Resources required. Ten or more years preferred. One year of experience in a medical environment is a plus.
