About the role:

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our Go-To-Market team (GTM). This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy by focusing exclusively on closing new business opportunities within the blockchain space. Reporting to the Head of GTM, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in B2B tech sales and business development, capable of building a pipeline from scratch and leading the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.

We are looking for ambitious team players with a growth-oriented and competitive mindset. An ideal candidate will demonstrate strong user empathy and understanding of prospect needs to provide tailored, impactful solutions. In this role, you will:

• Cold Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from our data solutions and product offerings, mainly utilizing cold outreach and high-volume prospecting.
• Pipeline & Sales Process Management: Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients. Lead the end-to-end sales process. This includes initial contact, needs assessment, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Reporting: Regularly update the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts—report on key performance metrics and progress towards sales goals.
• Client Onboarding: Ensure a seamless transition from signed agreement to client onboarding, collaborating with the customer success team to guarantee satisfaction.

You might be a great fit for this role if you:

• Have demonstrated success independently generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and closing deals.
• Have 4+ years of experience in B2B tech sales, business development, or similar role
• Have 2+ years of experience in a VC-backed early-stage startup
• Are proficient in sales CRM technology (HubSpot, SalesForce)
• Are an inclusive and collaborative team player who cares about your customers as well as your teammates
• Can consistently generate a minimum of new business meetings weekly
• Are based in the United States (Eastern time zone only)
• Have strong curiosity or interest in the crypto industry
