Exact is headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ and Vancouver, B.C. This position will be located in Scottsdale or remote with travel for the right candidate
Position Description
The Vice President of Human Resources will report to the CEO and is responsible for building and leading the HR department at Exact. The Vice President of Human Resources will be a champion for the establishment and development of culture, which will guide department and business operations. The Vice President of Human Resources will be counted on to be forward-looking, anticipating the Company’s future needs while ensuring that day-to-day operations are managed in accordance with best practices.
