Eagle View Behavioral Health is a new 72 – bed psychiatric hospital . This state-of-the-art facility underscores our commitment to individuals and families seeking support and treatment with debilitating psychiatric concerns. We provide assessment, diagnosis, and rapid stabilization to those in need.

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse or Masters Level Social Worker to fill positions for our Assessment and Referral team.

Under the direction of the Director of Admissions, the Assessment & Referral Specialist will service Eagle View Behavioral Health by:

· Screening potential admissions and determining an appropriate level of care to recommend to the physicians.

· Interfacing closely with the medical staff, department heads and administration, treatment team, external case managers, managed care organizations, and functions as a liaison with other hospital departments.

Education / Licensure: Candidates will possess an accredited and approved Associates of Nursing Degree and a valid current Registered Nursing License from the state of Iowa Board of Nursing or from a nurse compact state or Masters Level Social Work. Experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting desirable.
