Responsibilities
Source, identify and recruit light industrial candidates for temporary, temporary to hire and permanent positions
Screen, test, interview and match candidates to clients hiring needs.
Obtain, review and input completed forms from each candidate into an applicant tracking system.
Conduct references, drug screens and background checks on candidates.
Present job opportunities to qualified candidates.
Take job orders and probe effectively for details of job descriptions from clients.
Participate in job fairs.
Handle all employee relation issues with temporary employees.
Conduct quality control checks with clients/candidates.
Build ongoing loyalty and relationships with clients/candidates.
Write job descriptions and post open positions on job boards
Minimum Requirements:
1 + year of work experience in fast paced or high volume environment (call center, retail or restaurant)
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
Demonstrated communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated attention to detail, organization and time management skills.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
A sense of urgency and work well under pressure.
Process Management: Excel at figuring out the processes necessary to get things done; know how to organize people and activities; understand how to separate and combine tasks into efficient workflow; know what to measure and how to measure it; can simplify complex ideas.
Listening: Practices attentive and active listening; has the patience to hear people out.
Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
It would be a huge plus if you had these:
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a HUGE PLUS
Experience in a high volume staffing/recruiting
Any high volume phone background
