Eaton Corporation is currently seeking an Inclusion & Diversity Director to join our team. This position is a hybrid work model and can be based out of the following Eaton location: Beachwood, OH, Moon Township, PA, Southfield, MI, Galesburg, MI, Irvine, CA, Fort Worth, TX or Waukesha, WI. Position Overview:
Reporting into the Vice President of Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) and in partnership with the Global I&D team, the I&D Director will be responsible for crafting, owning and executing the global inclusion & diversity strategy in pursuit of the aspirational goal to be a model of inclusion and diversity in our industry. The role will require significant focus in the areas of: organizational change management, project management, analytics and insights, learning, and strategic internal and external relationships to further advance a culture of inclusion, diversity and equity

Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is $149,600-205,700. Eligible for a performance-based incentive bonus with a target at 24% of base.
