Provide a professional and strategic consultancy and advisory service to Executive, Senior Management, and staff.
Implement continuous improvement HR management strategies
Develop and deliver a range of strategic HR projects.
In conjunction with Eclipse Advantage Corporate Human Resources, undertake the development, review and implementation of human resource management policies, practices and procedures that optimize productivity, adaptability, and conformance to legal requirements.
Manipulate and analyze HR data and make recommendations for workforce planning and reporting purposes.
Contribute to the achievement of team and organizational objectives.

Participate in the hiring process for all positions as defined by the OTS President.
Work with OTS Leadership Team and OTS Team Members to ensure there is engagement throughout the organization. This includes activities such as conducting surveys, directly communicating with team members, and recognition programs.
o Provide Employee counseling for performance, attendance, safety etc..
Directly manage Regional HR Managers to ensure OTS’ Industrial Athletes are fairly represented at client sites and within our company.
Work with Corporate Services and the On-Site leadership to ensure workforce meets hiring requirements at the site.
Partner with clients to provide innovative HR solutions that are tailored to meet the individual
needs of their business.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve client engagement.
Recruitment:
o Work with Talent Acquisition team and OTS leadership to source On-Site team members.
o Assist Regional Operations Managers in maintaining a recruiting network in their markets.
o Reinforce Internal and Onsite employee referral programs
Position Requirements:
5 plus years of Human Resource Experience with a Recruiting/Staffing company preferred.
2 years of Management experience preferred
Ability to maintain confidential information in a discrete and professional manner
Strong customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work well as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple complex issues at one time.
Employment contingent to successful completion of: criminal background, drug screening
Technical Requirements:
Advanced level Microsoft Office Suite Skills
Basic data entry skills
Typical Physical Demands:
Regular use of hands to manipulate office equipment, phones and computer keyboard/ mouse
Sitting, walking, reaching, bending and lifting up to 10 pounds
Extensive visual computer use and document review
Requires the ability to hear normal audible sounds including conversations over the phone and in person
Organizational, problem solving and analytical skills, ability to multi-task, comprehend complex information and analyze data, ability to effectively communicate with others orally and in writing
