The Resource Team within Branch Team Talent Acquisition is responsible for all aspects of recruitment for branch team associates within our field offices at Edward Jones. This includes the recruitment and interview process of Financial Advisors, and Branch Team Associates, while paying careful attention to the end-user experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
