The Finance & HR Manager position is responsible for maximizing the return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems. The director of finance also oversees cost and general accounting, accounts payables, receivables, collection, payroll, and risk management. In addition, you are responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of a company’s human resources department. Supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations.
