This role is a key position in the Travelopia People Leadership Team who together lead and shape the Group business and People Plans. This individual will be delivering the “best of both worlds model” – Group and Business working together.
The responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Creating and leading the people transformation agenda for two of our core Business Units.
Defining the capability, capacity and culture enablers that support the successful delivery of the bold 3 year growth plan.
Partnering with the CEO/MD to develop a strategic people, culture and capability transformation plan for each business.
Building strong and productive working relationships with all members of the leadership team, acting as a partner to ensure progress and momentum on each aspect of the people plan.
Ensuring the successful delivery of HRSS, payroll, TA and L&D.
Refining our existing performance management to shape a high performance organization.
Embedding leadership standards by empowering the teams, driving interventions, reinforcing/leading through personal mentoring, challenging and influencing all people managers across the brands.
Implementation of initiatives to further demonstrate our passion, pride and commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as global organisations.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Demonstrable experience in operating strategically, delivering a people agenda that will impact organizational objectives.
Experience of playing a crucial role within world class HR functions and the ability to translate your learning into a pragmatic, fast paced, ambiguous and entrepreneurial environment.
Experience working in an environment with global, cross cultural and interdependent teams.
Effective communicator with strong influencing skills and the ability to establish trust and respect at all levels of the organization with a proven track record of making difficult decisions with assertiveness.
All three brands and in particular ET, have a global presence, and while this role will be ideally based Denver or Seattle, where we have offices, we will consider candidates from anywhere in a Central or West Coast North America time zones with the requirement to travel at least one week per month.
