Research Recruiting Associate

The Recruiting Associate position is responsible for supporting the identification, scheduling and management of research participants and will use various resource tools, sourcing strategies, and techniques to find the best participants for our clients. End to End has a flexible work environment. This job requires a very flexible schedule with the ability to adjust your schedule to include some evening or weekend work.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contact participants about current and future studies
• Recruit for studies as scheduled; screen subjects by phone
• Coordinate remote compensation for participants.
• Update and track participant data in client grids (Excel, Google sheets).
• Communicate updates to client
• Schedule, remind and replace participants
• Find creative ways to locate new participants
• Grow and maintain strong social media presence
• Post on social media and other places to increase database
• Other tasks as required or assigned.

• Excellent computer skills.
• Outgoing and passionate.
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to use MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of Google suite of tools.
• Slack, Zoom and other communication tools as needed.
• Experienced with all social media platforms.
• Marketing skills a plus.
• Survey design knowledge a plus.
