Essential Job Functions:
Process biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees currently using ADP
Recruiting
Assist with creating and implementing several new department strategies
Onboarding and offboarding of associates
Assisting the team with HR-related questions
Monthly reporting
Support HR team with initiatives and changes as needed
