We are now looking for a People Partner to join the People & Culture team in New York.
How you will make an impact
As a People Partner you will work closely with managers and colleagues in advising and supporting People and Culture areas. You will be partnering closely with key stakeholders in the organization as well as with your colleagues in the wider People & Culture team, in providing counsel to the business and executing long range plans that support our business objectives.
More specifically you will
Onboard new managers with staff responsibility to set them up for success
Advice and guide managers in how to work strategically to maintain and improve high employee engagement (Engagement Index and ENPS score) and create high performing teams
Analyze and present relevant people data to support leaders in taking informed decisions
Advise and coach managers in their day-to-day operative staff responsibilities to ensure both legal compliance, employee engagement and performance
Provide guidance in Performance & Development (incl. Job descriptions, titles, levels, compensation, career paths, development plans etc)
Support managers (from a people perspective) in organizational development/change
Manage and resolve employee relations issues. Escalate to People Operations Director or Legal when needed
Conduct exit interviews and analyze areas of improvement to help retain talents
Keep abreast with new trends and best practices in the field
Who you are

Experience
You have held a similar role in fast paced organizations for at least 3+ yrs
You have strong knowledge of US employment law
You have been a partner to managers in build high performing teams, through supporting in driving performance, engagement, talent management and organizational change
You have experience in coaching, and supporting managers and individual contributors in areas around people and culture
A background in organizational development or behavioral science is a plus
Fluency in English is required
The base salary for this role is $66,500 – $110,100 USD.
At Epidemic Sound, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including stock. These awards are allocated based on individual level and performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
