Job Description
The Manager, Incentive Compensation is a critical role in our sales compensation process and will report to the Director, Incentive Compensation. This position will be responsible for assisting in the development of the plan design, monthly and quarterly plan commission calculations, policies, documentation, and distribution of incentive plans for all variable incentive plan participants across Epsilon. This position will help ensure consistency on processes, policies, and legal compliance.
