Your role:
Human Resources Generalist
What you’ll do all day:
Manage offer letter process for new hires
Manage new hire Badge process
Oversee new hire onboarding for the division including presenting new hire orientation session, ensuring new hire completion of policies and procedures in online onboarding portal
Work with Division Directors to make sure operations are running smoothly and efficiently
Work with HR Director regarding performance issues
Assist with employee onboarding related to new contract wins and offboarding due to contract losses
Work with Task Leads to communicate updates and changes to employees in all locations
Oversee offboarding for respective division including collecting any equipment that may be needed
Send out and collect exit surveys from employees who have resigned from ERC, follow up with any feedback that should be researched
Run ad-hoc reports as needed in regard to new hires, benefits, offboarding, statistics
Create and present Power Point Presentations
Other duties as assigned

Minimum requirements for this position:
Must have at least three (3) three to (5) five years of HR related experience.
BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources or related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including, but not limited to Excel skills. Experience with iCIMS and/or UKG Pro is desired
Self-motivated, hard-working independent thinker that requires minimal supervision
Ideal candidate is a customer-service oriented problem solver with the ability to work independently and as part of diverse teams
Excellent people skills – able to work with teams of varying sizes, technical abilities, and levels of authority with both internal corporate staff and direct employees. An ability to work with many personality types and style preferences at the same time and help provide a constructive work environment
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, organizational, critical thinking and analysis, and interpersonal skills are essential
Must be flexible in adapting to deadlines and changing priorities, has a pro-active attitude and a disciplined work ethic.
A demonstrated flexibility of schedule and ability to handle last minute, short turnaround items
Ability to quickly assess a situation and then implement the most beneficial changes possible in the available time
Must be even-keeled and successful working in a fast paced environment
Must be a self-starter and proactive
Must be comfortable working in an administrative type of role handling the day to day HR functions to assist corporate and our employees on contract
Thorough, detail oriented, and organized, with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word
Proficiency in using Microsoft SharePoint
