Everest Technologies is seeking an HR Assistant to join our Operations team in our rapidly growing company!
We are looking for an exceptionally driven, self-motivated and process-oriented person who wants to join an established leader in IT consulting. You will be working closely with our sales and management teams as well as some of our clients directly.
Your responsibilities:
· Assist with a variety of HR functions in the office including employee records, immigration paperwork, new hire orientation, communication, pre-hire screenings, drug tests, background checks and new hire forms
· Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
· May assist from time to time with other areas of Operations as needed, including office upkeep
· Carry out the day-to-day office functions, including distribution of incoming mail, ordering and maintain office supplies and maintenance of staff files
· Support special projects and events related to these functions and operate under immediate supervision
· Communicate and handle various employee related tasks
· Perform other functions and tasks as assigned
What we are looking for:
· 1-3 years of HR experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Passionate about learning and expanding your skillset
· Good process documentation skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to complete tasks on-time with little supervision
· Comfort with Microsoft Office software and Google Workspace, and the ability to become proficient in our specialized applications/software
