Excalibur Security, Inc Hiring for Assistant Recruiter For Security Guard Company at Los Angeles, CA Full Time

INTRODUCTION & PRIMARY FOCUS: Growing security guard company needs a Recruiting Assistant to help our team in various capacities including staffing, scheduling, payroll, time-and-attendance and general HR management. The primary focus, however, is Recruiting with a high volume of expected daily calls and documentation. Recruiting Assistant will work in conjunction with our CEO to ensure our staff is satisfied, all positions are filled, and our clients are happy. This is a fabulous training ground to learn all aspects of the security guard business.

SCHEDULE This job is full time, swing and/or day

LOCATION Most likely Culver City or El Segundo

START DATE: Must be able to start right away

As stated above, postion requires the person to work mostly day or swing hours, including weekends, again either in El Segundo or Culver City, working alone at a quiet guard booth location. Some multi-tasking is to be expected, performing access control while fielding calls and setting up interviews.

PROBATION AND PAY: After a 90 day probationary period of demonstrated success, a salary can be offered. Until then, during training and probation, we will mutually agree-upon a fair hourly wage. Both parties must make sure this is a good fit

EXPERIENCE : Although we prefer someone with prior security experience it is not essential. More importantly, we want a smart, reliable, hard-working individual who seeks a challenging career in service-based Management, likes the idea of wearing various hats.
