A. ABOUT EXTEND YOUR TEAM
The Recruitment and Selection Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment processes of the Company. The role is expected to achieve the approved goals/objectives of the department.
1. Department Planning
1.1. Establish and recommend objectives to be accomplished by the Recruitment and Selection Department for its specified key result areas for the review and approval for the HR Manager.
1.2. Oversee the priorities of the department based in the targets and objectives provided by the management/clients;
1.3. Research, review, and recommend new sourcing methods and/or recruitment software to enhance efficiency and fill rate of the department;
1.4. Create measures to evaluate the success or all articulated objectives if the department;
1.5. Come up with remedial plans of action when original plans do not materialize or need to be adjusted based on the business direction;
1.6. Execute approved remedial plans following all agreed changes and new success measures; and,
2. Department Organizing
2.1. Oversee and ensure completion of task assignments for each respective team member by identifying the workload and timelines of regular tasks or delivery requirements;
2.2. Facilitate team meetings to discuss team member accomplishments, concerns/issues regularly and collaboratively find appropriate solutions for recommendation, as necessary; and,
3. Recruitment & Selection
3.1. Facilitate screening and interviews of applicants for executive and managerial roles prior endorsement to 2nd level interview;
3.2. Review and/or revise job descriptions and monitor regular alignment and calibration sessions with Client Service Managers to ensure that job content is what the client approved;
3.3. Regularly review applicant profiles and competency requirements for each role to ensure that these are suitable to the workforce vacancies or new requirements of EYT clients;
3.4. Liaise, coordinate, and recommend the selection of external service providers for recruitment related activities, as necessary;
3.5. Oversee and manage site contents of approved EYT recruitment platforms to ensure that these are optimized for talent sourcing and pooling requirements; and,
4. Performance Management
4.1. Assess the actual performance of each assigned team member according to the approved key performance indicators (KPIs) under each of the department’s key result areas;
4.2. Facilitate regular coaching sessions to address identified areas for improvement for staff members, perform corrective actions if needed, and/or recognize their good performance;
4.3. Monitor coordination done among clients (internal or external) by team members to ensure tasks are followed through and are accomplished accordingly;
4.4. Communicate approved or revised processes related to Recruitment and Selection to all team members to ensure consistent calibration and alignment for smooth implementation;
4.5. Prepare and submit monthly department report inclusive of team accomplishments, challenges, recommendations, and help needed, if any; and,
5. Other Tasks
5.1. Lead or become a member of special projects which may be assigned by the HR Manager or the EYT Management;
5.2. Comply to the prescribed behavioral standards of EYT aligned to the Company’s core values;
5.3. Always demonstrate professionalism in all transactions and compliance to all approved and/or prescribed Company policies; and,
