Responsibilities/Job Description:
Partner with HR Strategist to evaluate data reporting needs for various areas of business; use this detail to process and organize reports. Examples of reporting include turnover, employee engagement, term, DE&I, etc.
Organization of reports include synthesizing raw data, performing v-lookup comparison, and creating pivot tables to reflect specific information needed.
Support project coordination including tracking and implementation. Project examples include talent review, engagement survey, union re-bid, spreadsheet-related initiatives, provider contract entry into OnBase, and job description repository management.
Complete processing-related duties such as position number requests and large-scale job/department/leader changes associated with restructures.
Define various HR processes and resources connected to HR Strategy work.
Develop template workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Update and develop job description details; identify comparable roles to establish consistency.
Research best practice, collect organizational data, and understand trends in partnership with the HR Strategist.
Review and update provider contracts resulting from movement and changes outlined within the employment agreement.

Qualifications:
Required
Bachelor’s degree
1-3 years experience with Human Resources and/or Healthcare
Preferred
Master’s degree
