This position is a key leader with our growing 45 person facility team and networks closely with our entire organizational HR team. You will have the opportunity to learn and development in all aspects of the HR functions.
Key responsibilties will include coordination of the Human Resource functions including areas of recruitment, compensation, employee benefit management, performance management system, employee relations, training and development, policy development, safety & health programs and the ISO program for the facility..
