Your Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to develop and implement people strategies that support the mission of the organization and its management philosophy. This position works closely with the Senior Director of Talent & Happiness to ensure that HR programs and services support and drive business objectives. Position provides generalist support to various departments within the organization and develops and executes the implementation and maintenance of programs/processes that build organizational capability to meet business needs. This is a wonderful opportunity for a candidate who is ready to take their HR career to the next level.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Employee Relations – 40%
Benefits Administration – 30%
Recruitment – 30%
Your Experience
Undergraduate degree from accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required. Must have at least 3-5 years of solid HR generalist practical experience preferably in a non-profit environment. Experience working with various HRIS systems. PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.

Our salary range for this role is $68K – $75K and will be commensurate with experience.
