The Learning and Development Director, is an exciting new role at FanDuel, reporting to the VP, Talent and Development. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end program design, development, and implementation of learning and development programs at the enterprise level. This team member will be responsible for the organization wide LMS and manage relationships with all training and learning vendors as well as internal stakeholders who run training programs within each division of the company. The Director of Learning will ensure a seamless end to end learning experience, ensuring best practices in learning and development are aligned across the company and build a training roadmap that creates a thoughtful, relevant, engaging, and collaborative learning environment.
