The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company’s managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Supports recruitment efforts by creating and executing a recruitment plan and calendar, according to operations projections, assisting with screenings and interview process, extends offers to prospective employees. · Generates official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters. · Plans and conducts orientations, creates onboarding plans and educates newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations. · Maintaining digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records. · Assist in administering benefits, compensation and employee performance programs. · Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience. · Addresses DC team members’ questions and concerns, assists in conflict resolution, recommends corrective action, conducts exit interviews. · Plans, organizes, directs, controls personnel training, or labor relations activities of an organization. · Assists in classification of positions and provides local competitor information related to wage surveys. · Facilitates discussion, encourages feedback and addresses questions and concerns. Provides efficient and timely resolution. Notifies management of ongoing concerns and trends. · Creates employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities. · Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, & Skills required) · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field. · At least three years of recruiting experience · Ability to work collaboratively and building strategic relations with business partners and stakeholders. · Strong analytical and problem solving skills. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) required · Must be an individual of high energy, and positive attitude.
