Plant Human Resources Manager
Description:
The role of a Human Resources Manager is to implement the Group’s HR policies and tools and to provide support to management on human resources issues.
The main missions of the role are to:
- Lead the management of HR issues in line with business objectives.
- Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes.
- Develop and implement strategies for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc. at site level.
- Report relevant HR information to the Division.
- Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives.
- Assist in the implementation of Group HR policies and processes within the site, including “Employee Empowerment”, part of the Faurecia Excellence System.
- Follow vision established within Being Faurecia. Act with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as with autonomy and accountability.
- Behave in accordance with our values as established in Faurecia’s code of ethics and code of management.
- Support commitments established in the ISO 14001 Environmental Policy.
- Follow requirements established in the Environmental Management System (EMS) procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations.
- Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the company.
- Support commitments established in the Environmental Policy.
- Ensure members in assigned area(s) of responsibility conform to relevant HSE requirements.
- Support environmental programs to achieve objectives and targets.
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Bachelor’s degree with a specialisation in HR Management
- Minimum 5 years experience in a HR function within a industrial environment
- A good knowledge of employment law
- Familiarity with HR information and payroll systems
- International mind set
- Results orientation
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
- HRIS utilization including reporting, time keeping, performance management
