There are two vacancies with the Honolulu Board of Water Supply, Customer Care Division. These positions will be filled on a temporary (limited-term) basis with the possibility of extension. List may be used to fill future vacancies in this and/or other departments.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Equivalent to graduation from high school. Responsible work experience that demonstrated the ability to perform the essential functions of the job may be substituted for education.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Two years of general office experience, one of which shall have been involved in public contact work.
Such experience must have demonstrated knowledge of office practices and procedures; and the ability to understand and explain pertinent policies, rules and regulations; meet and deal tactfully and effectively with the public; and maintain effective working relationships with others.
License Requirement: Valid driver’s license (Type 3/automobile) prior to appointment.
