ACCOUNT MANAGER / CLIENT SUCCESS JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a smart, self-motivated person with account management experience to manage and grow channel partner and large direct employer relationships. Candidates should have at least two years of experience working in an account management role supporting project management and/or marketing teams. Excellent written, phone and email communication skills are essential. First-hand working knowledge of the employee benefits or insurance space is a huge plus.

The position requires a flexible work schedule as work occasionally occurs after normal business hours to meet anticipated delivery deadlines, especially during our busy season between late August and October. This is a contract-to-hire position. After a trial period, you will transition to a full-time employee role, provided qualifications are met.

Position Objectives:

• Educate, support and grow assigned broker account and employer relationships
• Manage annual renewals for a portfolio of clients, meeting with key broker and employer decision makers and stakeholders
• Educate and update customers on Flimp’s various products and services
• Upsell and cross sell products and services to existing client relationships
• Conduct periodic stewardship meetings to ensure clients are satisfied with Flimp products and services, including managing troubleshooting
• Partner with the Marketing team to develop and utilize content communications
• Manage a program for obtaining timely client feedback and insights through client surveys, calls, and direct communication
• Coordinate fulfillment of sales orders with teh project management team
• Create estimates and SOW’s for customer approval and work within the CRM to manage and update your sales pipeline and key sales metrics
• Set annual goals for existing clients for renewals and upsell to existing clients

Position Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales and/or account management experience (knowledge of employee benefits, HR tech, business insurance, communications services or technology services is a big plus)
• Proven history of B2B account management and sales success
