100% Remote
Our client is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator.
* The individual selected for this assignment will be responsible for recruiting support activity within our client’s TA team.
* Creating job openings in the applicant tracking system (Workday)
* Assist Hiring Managers in scheduling final interviews
* Enter daily recruiting activities in Workday
* Provide general recruiting support to the entire TA team, approximately 15 people
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate:
* 1-2 years’ experience as a recruiting coordinator, preferably in a corporate environment
* Recruiting support in Transportation – light screening and scheduling interviews Plus DOT processing
* Recruiting support in Retail/Supply Chain a PLUS
* Strong experience working with MS Office – especially MS Outlook for scheduling MS Teams interviews
* Excellent communication/writing skills
* Working w/ Workday is highly desired

This role could move into a Full Cycle recruiter role
Candidate would highly consider a Contract-To-Hire scenario (must live in an approved state)

Pay: $25.00 – $26.00 per hour
