Fortune Brands Hiring for Recruitment Marketing Specialist at Maumee, Ohio Full Time

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our ambitious HR dream team and help us drive top talent to our company via modern & innovative recruitment marketing strategies. You will build brand awareness, be our storyteller, and maximize your creativity.

LOCATION:

This role is designated as ahybridrole which includes working at least 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in one of our offices located in Deerfield, IL, Oak Creek, WI, Toledo, OH, OR North Olmsted, OH area to foster better collaboration, connection, and innovation.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Develop and execute marketing communications, campaigns, and paid media strategies to strengthen Fortune Brands Innovations’ employer brand and highlight career opportunities for diverse audiences.
• Generate engaging content (social posts, videos, newsletters) to showcase our EVP and employer brand.
• Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and routinely communicate talent brand marketing efforts, offering insights to optimize strategies and initiatives.
• Oversee and manage social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
• Implement job description writing tools for consistent, best-in-class job advertisements across the organization.
• Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community.
• Design and plan recruiting events. Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
• Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company s hiring needs and organizational goals.
• Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices to drive innovation.
• Develop an integrated approach across Corporate Communications, HR, and Talent Acquisition, aligning all touchpoints with talent brand strategy and plans.
• Manage programmatic programs and ad budgets, monitoring performance through reporting and data analysis to provide insights for improvement.
• Facilitate training sessions for the recruitment team, covering topics related to Recruitment Marketing and updates in the industry.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in marketing, HR or related field
• 3 years of experience in recruitment marketing, marketing, or recruiting
• Experience with oversight and execution of company s social media platforms
• Experience with recruitment marketing software & tools (Canva, Hootsuite, CRM)
• Experience managing vendor relationships and invoicing
• Strong digital marketing acumen
• Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong written, verbal communication skills and ability influence action and adoption
• Able to adjust to rapidly changing situations and priorities.
