Role and Responsibilities

The primary point of contact for all HR-related topics
Administration of all Payroll activities
In-depth knowledge and understanding of HR laws, regulations, policies, and procedures (ADA, ACA, ERISA, FMLA, PFML, COBRA, Earned Sick Leave, FLSA Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment, I-9, E-Verify, Background Checks)
Benefit management including, Health, STD, LTD, Life, Dental, and 401k plan
Maintain Company’s policies, procedures, and employee handbook
Full-cycle recruitment, including the creation of job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, interviews, and job offer negotiating
Work collaboratively with managers to resolve employee relations issues.
Assist in performance and compensation plan management

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years experience in a relevant Human Resources role
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline (Equivalent career experience will be considered)
Solid understanding of Human Resources policies, employment/labor laws, and procedures
High competency with MS Office (Excel)
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Proactive thinker who is motivated to undertake new responsibilities and challenges.
Ability to shift focus and manage multiple priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
