Duties and Responsibilities include
Proactively recruit & interview future talent to the firm consistent with corporate standards
Leads the development and adoption of new tools and processes that result in higher self-service capabilities and improved manager and employee experiences, outcomes and employment risk mitigation.
Develop, update and communicate new and revised HR policies.
Maintain a role of being a conduit for employee relations, onboarding, and exit processes properly documenting items as needed
Revamp existing employee performance and income review process
Plan and organize internal programs to build corporate culture and employee retention
Anticipate future challenges and develop contingency plans
Liaise with outside consultants/recruiters to shorten hiring and HR initiative implementation time
Coordinate across departments to prepare for all new hires
Design and implement employee programs to improve retention and corporate culture
Report and evaluate recruiting impacts, progress, trends, and best practices to keep company competitive
Meet with management and coordinate with them regularly
Develop branding content for recruiting including recruitment initiatives, general branding, careers websites, and more
Offer solutions to resolve problems in a timely manner
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
At least 5 years experience in human resource management and/or recruiting
At least 3 years experience in a management position
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar relevant field is preferred.
Experience in financial industry preferred
Excellent organizational skills
Superb interpersonal and communication skills
Superb time management skills will be needed
High proficiency in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
Professional appearance a must
Multitasking ability necessary
Mac & PC experience preferred
Dental experience a plus
