The Role You’ll Play to Create Success

We are happy to announce a full-time Logistics Specialist position filled with many exciting opportunities! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by verifying that each payroll payment and shipping method is accurate before being released.

• Processes invoices for Same Day DD release and communicates with Payroll Coordinator to add charges to client payrolls.
• Able to assist in shipping with payroll packages and in the check area.
• Assembles payroll packages with accuracy making sure all checks and vouchers are included.
• Assemble reports for packages when they start printing in our area.
• Releases remote checks and/or direct deposits for remote clients
• Acts as backup for wire verifications and debit processing.
• Pulls state specified client packages for shipping.
• Follows proper “hold at station” protocol as determined by the Logistics Manager for packages awaiting payment.
• Acts as backup to ensure all packages have been shipped on their shipping date.
• Assists with payroll pick-ups, packaging, and shipping with end-of-day procedures, as well as validating the Metro Manifest for the day.
• Works closely with Payroll, Collections, and Accounting regarding any debit changes or issues and helps research discrepancies.

Keys to success in this position include having one (1) year of shipping or customer service experience, a high school diploma, and strong attention to detail.
