Here’s what you’ll do:
Develop and maintain Applicant Tracking and Onboarding module of HRIS and perform all related data entry. Proficient in all HR functions of the HRIS software and performs data entry as requested.
Develops and continually improves the orientation process to provide a comprehensive overview of the mission, vision, goals, and operations of the organization.
Recruits applicants for all positions within the organization, coordinate the recruitment process internally and externally using a variety of proven products and methods.
Attends job fairs, community events and develops community connections (universities, colleges, trades schools etc.) that support recruitment activities.
Collaborates with hiring managers to establish cooperative working relationships, determine staffing needs and gain an understanding of necessary skills and qualities for successful candidates.
Reviews applicants and screens candidates forwarding only the most qualified on to the hiring manager.
Coordinates the hiring, orientation, and onboarding process once a candidate is selected, including all background and health screenings. Collaborates with HRIS Coordinator, HR Benefits Coordinator, and other key staff (IT, Payroll, Scheduler, hiring manager/supervisor) regarding the orientation and onboarding.
Assists with reviewing and revising job descriptions as needed.
Completes all regulatory compliance for onboarding staff, i.e. Professional licenses, CPR, TB tests, OIG/K-checks, MVR checks etc.
Performs other HR generalist duties as requested to support the HR team and function.
Maintains confidentiality and privacy in all HR matters.
Completes other duties as assigned.
Here’s what you need:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or the equivalent experience and training. PHR certification preferred or willing to obtain.
A minimum of 2 years experience in human resources or in a position that included human resources-related activities, including recruitment, preferably in a health care environment.
Knowledge of or ability to learn, EEOC and other legal and regulatory guidelines related to hiring and employment.
Computer proficient, thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills, comfortable speaking and presenting to groups.
Must successfully pass organization required background screening
Must successfully complete organization health screening requirements
We work with a vulnerable population, and to protect our residents, the COVID-19 vaccine, annual Influenza (Flu) vaccine, Drug Screen and Background Check are conditions of employment.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: $18- 27 per hour. Pay is based on Experience and Education.
Frasier offers a comprehensive benefits package to all employees working at least 32 hours per week.
