Frette is seeking an entrepreneurial Human Resources Coordinator to join the team! This individual is responsible for managing daily office duties, while providing administrative and general support to all Human Resources activities, and employees within the US corporate offices. As a member of the Frette Human Resources Department, this role has the opportunity to be involved with many facets of Human Resources and be hands on in initiatives driving employee experience and engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in the business and passion for supporting people.General Office Administration:Act as main point of contact for all guests in the corporate office, welcoming and ensuring they receive courteous and prompt attention. Order supplies including office supplies, boxes, mailing items, and kitchen supplies.Coordinating cleaning and maintenance vendors as neededAnswer main corporate phone and handle company inquiries, or direct to appropriate party.Order business cards and stationery for stores and corporate employees. Coordinate the pickup/storage records of 3rd party Storage Management Company.Ad-hoc support to executive team members. HR Administration:Maintain all HR Files, conducting annual audits to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.Become well versed in Frette policies, benefits, and procedures to assist in fielding employee questions, escalating inquiries to HR Generalist or HR Director when needed. Preparation of on-boarding materials for new hires in corporate office (including paperwork, badge, desk space, and equipment)Handle employee record changes in ADP WorkforceNow, in addition to completing the necessary supporting documents for the changes.Submits, tracks and monitors department invoices, employees T&E processing, corporate credit card reconciliation and benefit bills – ensuring information is confirmed for payment by the accounting team by the deadlines. Handle responses for employment verification and unemployment claims received at the office.Coordinate internship placements within the corporate team by researching and building relationships with local colleges, posting opportunities, and screening. Participate in annual open enrollment and benefits orientation.Manage anniversary incentive program, for retail and corporate employees.Contribute to new ideas and ways to build employee culture and morale for corporate teams. Assist in training initiatives by coordinating and preparing materials and presentation.Partner in coordinating corporate office events, includes researching vendors, coordinating dates, payments, catering, etc. Coordinate health & wellness programs for employees. QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required1-2 years of experience in human resources, including internship experienceExperience in a small office and team environment a plusAble to multitask and handle a fast-paced environmentPatient, service focused, solution oriented, with a hands on approach to get the job doneProven discretion with sensitive and confidential materials and communicationsStrong communication skills, written and verbalExperience using HRIS platform ADPWorkforceNow, a plus. This position is based in our New York office with a hybrid work schedule.
