Level: Junior
Annual Salary Range (based on experience): $43K+
Required Qualifications:
Associate Degree or HR certification required
2 years of human resources experience
Must have working knowledge in all areas of HR laws and regulations.
Have a demonstrated ability to utilize personal computers and software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Healthcare HR experience
Job Description:
The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
Daily operations of recruiting, screening and interviewing applicants for prospective employment.
Assists the HR Manager with policy and procedure preparation, handbook updates, and the implementation and coordination of compensation program.
Assists with the development/revision of job descriptions and job analysis.
Assists in educating employees, provides information, or refers to the correct HR resource (call center, benefits team, etc.)
Conducts new employee orientation.
Assists in employee relations investigations, counseling, and exit interviewing.
Generates and compiles routing and ad hoc reports from HRIS system.
Maintains employee files/records timely and accurately in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and regulatory requirements.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
