We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to join our People Team in leading our HR Management in the US and the wider Americas region. You will manage a HR Operations team and project manage strategic HR business partnering projects. This role is responsible for developing People strategies in a high growth environment while ensuring operational excellence in daily HR operations.
The HR Director must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of a wide variety of HR matters including progression, global mobility, learning and development and culture enhancing strategies. You should be adept at utilizing People data to bring about positive changes. You should be able to manage programs and lead staff while also possessing a strong strategic mindset.
