Job Overview:
Responsibilities will cover a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including providing support to our managers, supervisors and employees, assisting in daily office needs and performing general administrative activities. This position will also assist in Human Resources administration including on-boarding activities for new hires.
Primary Responsibilities:
Invoicing
Payroll processing
Communicate HR information to employees
Maintain filing system
Maintain policies and procedures
Organize and schedule appointments
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize
Attention to detail and problem solving
High School degree or equivalent
Prefer 1-2 years administrative experience
HR experience a plus
