Your responsibilities will include:
Office Manager
Responsible for managing the CEO?s and executive team?s administrative tasks, including: managing office supplies, coordinating all office deliveries, managing all conference room schedules, and documenting meeting notes, as needed.
Utilize the CEO and executive team?s calendar to full potential by scheduling all related company meetings, appointments, and daily activities.
Coordinate all company travel arrangements including flights, ground transportation, and lodging.
Welcome guests and partners to our headquarters for all meetings and events.
Planning and running team and company-wide activities, including monthly online trivia.
Maintaining stock of office and break room supplies
Coordinating office facilities maintenance
Managing the office security system, including access cards, keys, cameras, and visitor log
Managing company mail room
Ensuring that the office is well-supported, organized, and maintained
Other administrative tasks and duties as needed.
Human Resources
Source candidates and assist with recruiting for open job postings
Assist with the onboarding process, including working with IT to make sure new hires are issued the proper equipment
Generate and implement ideas for culture enhancements, including department and company-wide fun events
