KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 2 years related experience
- Professional HR Certification preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently
- Be a leader of change by seizing opportunities to enhance work processes and outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be detail oriented and possess executive presence, maturity, and judgment
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain total confidentiality
- Intermediate experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ACA Filing Experience
- Experience with Payroll Systems
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to handle and feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. The employee may occasionally be required to crouch. The employee may occasionally lift items as heavy as 25lbs. Specific vision abilities may include the employee’s ability to see near and far distances.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
