Description
We are seeking a HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead the HR function for our team at Georgia-Pacific’s gypsum plant in Lovell, WY where we manufacture gypsum products. This location is a unionized facility. In this role, the HRBP will have an opportunity to positively impact culture and the operation’s overall talent position to achieve business results. This position will require that you live within commuting distance of the facility or be willing to relocate (relocation support provided).
The role will be a hybrid model of working from home and on-site presence, approximately 3-days onsite and 2-days work from home.
***This role is eligible for a Sign-on Bonus***
For this role, we anticipate paying $80-120K per year depending on relevant experience
