The Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in our team. Here are some of the exciting responsibilities you’ll handle:
Be the Hub: You’ll be the first point of contact for phone calls, directing them with a friendly demeanor.
Organization Pro: Get ready to handle a variety of paperwork and data – scanning, copying, faxing, and filing.
Communication Whiz: Draft internal correspondence and maintain company policies.
Research Guru: Dive into research projects as required.
Time Wizard: Assist with timekeeping to keep our operations running smoothly.
Multi-Tasker: Juggle multiple tasks with ease, from tracking payments to creating billing schedules and invoices.
Team Player: Collaborate with us to review resumes, schedule interviews, and onboard new team members.
Meeting Master: Keep our meetings on track by maintaining schedules and capturing meeting minutes.
Travel Extraordinaire: Help coordinate travel plans and ensure everything goes off without a hitch.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience, including previous office administration.
Bonus Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and social media platforms.
Communication Pro: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail.
Time Management: Stellar time management and organizational skills.
