About the Hiring Specialist Role at Get YOU Found Digital Marketing:
We are looking to hire an experienced human resources specialist who’s well-versed in traditional hiring best practices while at the same time being an innovator who is open and willing to think outside the box to attract and retain best-in-class contractors or permanent employees for our web design and digital marketing firm’s job vacancies as they become available.
Specifically, we’re looking for a mid-career human resources professional who has theoretical and practical experience with the full-cycle hiring process as well as a profound understanding of how to hire web development and digital marketing professionals that will best align with Get YOU Found Digital Marketing’s company culture.
Please note that all shortlisted candidates for this human resources role with our company will be asked to complete simulated practical exercises to assess how we can expect you to handle your job-related tasks before being moved on to the next round of interviews.
While this role will initially be a part-time freelance role requiring as much as 10 hours monthly, we anticipate that this role could become full-time for the right candidate as our digital marketing company is growing quickly.
