Responsibilities
As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our team. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leadership Support
Provide leadership to the Close Combat Systems admin staff.
Ensure on-site admin coverage for meetings and customer engagements.
Office Management
Independently handle office management functions.
Manage correspondence, order/maintain office supplies, and prepare presentations.
Track open items and identify ways to streamline office activities.
Communication
Communicate effectively with various levels of personnel, clients, and government agencies.
Exercise discretion and sound judgment in all interactions.
Key Duties
Maintain calendars, arrange meetings, and make travel arrangements.
Arrange domestic and international travel reservations.
Prepare and process expense reports and event registrations.
Ensure all correspondence is accurate, complete, and properly handled.
Utilize standard software (e.g., MS Office, SharePoint) and Lockheed Martin unique software for managing expense reports.
Provide updates and status on tasks to meet deadlines.
Determine priorities in non-routine situations to maximize leadership efficiency.
Occasionally travel for planning and managing leadership off-site meetings.
Perform Office Logistical Management And Additional Assignments As Required.

Basic Qualifications
Prior experience supporting executive-level management.
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and integration with Apple iPhone services.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and effectively manage time.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Desired Skills
Experience with Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control.
Familiarity with Concur Travel System.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for executive-level contacts.
Ability to coordinate and arrange large events and internal symposiums.

Remote Work And Flexible Schedules
This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with a portion of the schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. We support various work schedules to provide additional flexibility to our employees.
