About The Role
In this position, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inbound calls, documenting conversations, and guiding interactions using scripts and resources. Your role will involve providing accurate information and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Show empathy and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Maintain a reliable internet connection, ideally hardwired via Ethernet, as cellular data is not supported.
Use online reference materials to provide clear, accurate, and timely information.
Navigate technical systems, including desktop applications, call center phone systems, and the internet, with ease.
Meet quality assurance standards and departmental metrics.
Educate customers and answer their questions with up-to-date information.
Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion.
Required
What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to pass a language knowledge assessment.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Preferred
Bilingual or multilingual.
Previous experience in customer service.
Experience with a Public Trust Entry of Duty Clearance (for government clients).
Licenses in Insurance, Healthcare, or Finance sectors.
Previous experience with FEMA Call Centers.
Important Note
This position involves working with government clients, which requires obtaining a Public Trust Entry of Duty Security Clearance.
