Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of recruitment; provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment with a high level of focus on diversity.
Manage the recruiting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing of applicants for assigned openings within Xerox.
Maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers to ensure understanding and support for recruiting needs beginning with an intake call.
Collaborate with managers to design specific recruiting and selection initiatives, effectively administer selection and placement initiatives to meet those needs.
Conduct screening interviews to determine which candidates meet minimum qualifications
Create and publish professional recruiting materials and advertising as needed.
Develop and maintain a broad range of external networks, research and source new recruiting avenues within specialized fields related to Xerox; develop and sustain internal and external contacts.

Able to work independently to perform full life-cycle recruitment functions including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, interviewing and salary negotiations.
Excellent organizational, time-management, customer service and presentation skills. Brings a positive approach to every endeavour, motivates, and inspires others.
Strong typing and computer skills; Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
