Definition
Under administrative direction, manages and implements the operations, and activities related to the human resources information system (HRIS); manages the maintenance and optimization of the HRIS; oversees the maintenance and management of human resources data; reviews, develops and updates human resources business processes and procedures; oversees and performs analytical work, calculations, and data analysis that supports District and human resources operations; and performs related duties as assigned.
Supervision
Works under the direct supervision of a Classified Administrator.
Supervises classified staff, temporary, and/or student employees.
Work Schedule
Full-time 40 hours per week, 12 months per year

Minimum Qualifications
The education, training and experience qualifications are considered likely to provide the required knowledge and abilities to perform the above essential duties.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with coursework in human resources, industrial relations, computer science, business administration, public administration, psychology, industrial relations, or a related field.
Five (5) years of human resources experience that included maintaining and administering a HRIS and one (1) year of supervisory experience.
