GlobalcastMD, is a medical media education company that helps disseminate medical knowledge through modern media storytelling. Using audio and video, we help medical key opinion leaders tell their story to the world through multimedia education. Our content is designed to be engaging and easy for medical professionals to consume during their busy day.
Job Description
We are looking for someone with medical knowledge (preferably an MD or Advanced Practice Provider) to help us take hour-long webinar videos and summarize them into 10 minute captivating summary videos using a narrator. Writers will need to identify the key points made in the videos and, using storytelling techniques, create a narrative script combining narrator summary and video clips . Example techniques we like are 1) restating an important point, 2) signposting or setting up a point before its made by asking a question, and 3) summarizing points made from long segments of the original video into brief narrative. A little humor would be great. This person should have good knowledge of medicine and surgery and have skill in storytelling or writing. This is fully remote. Job can be project based. Can be part or full time.’
